Sushi and Sashimi Cook
We are seeking a skilled Sushi and Sashimi Cook for our take-out menu. The Sushi and Sashimi cook will prepare nigiri sushi and cut fish for both sashimi and sushi dishes.
- Requirements
- Proven experience as a Sushi/Sashimi Cook or similar role in a restaurant, catering, or dietary department
- Knowledge of food preparation techniques and kitchen equipment
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Excellent knife skills for cutting, chopping, and slicing ingredients
Team player with good communication skills to work effectively with the kitchen staff - Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure timely and accurate food production
Follow all food safety guidelines and regulations
